TPU Layflat Hose

ZYfire’s TPU Layflat hose is made from extruded thermoplastic TPU with an option of ribbed or smooth covers. The hose is reinforced with a high-tenacity synthetic jacket and circular woven filament polyester yarn for ultimate strength.

Durability: The hose boasts high abrasion resistance (4000 DIN cycles), excellent wear & tear properties, and resistance to UV radiation, hydrolysis, and fungus degradation.

Chemical and Oil Resistance: Designed to withstand common chemicals, making it reliable for various applications such as irrigation, pumping sludge, and liquid fertilizers.

Wide Temperature Range: Operates efficiently between -50°C to 80°C (-58°F to +176°F)

TPR Layflat hose

ZYfire’s TPR Layflat hose is made from extruded thermoplastic TPR. The hose is reinforced with a high-tenacity synthetic jacket. The process and material boots the fatigue resistance of the hose. This means that the hose can withstand repeated loading or stress without getting damage.
